The ARC utilises Gemini Alarm Monitoring Software supplied by Bold Communications, this new generation alarm monitoring software uses state of the art development tools to create a stable, efficient and innovative solution for our alarm receiving centre. Simple and powerful in its operation, Gemini automates the whole process, managing security and CCTV activity, and guiding our operatives through the response process. The ARC is managed and operated by our parent company PWG.
